SURGERY CLOSURE DAYS:

The practice will be closed  for training on the following afternoons 2pm to 6pm: WEDNESDAY 28TH SEPTEMBER; THURSDAY 17TH NOVEMBER; WEDNESDAY 7TH DECEMBER; THURSDAY 26 JANUARY 2012. The practice will also be closed for the Christmas bank holidays on MONDAY 27TH AND TUESDAY 28TH DECEMBER AND New Year Holiday on MONDAY 2ND OF JANUARY.

If you require urgent treatment or advice on practice closure days, please telephone 02890 796 220.

OBTAINING TELEPHONE ADVICE FROM 19TH SEPTEMBER 2011:

GPs will be available from 12.00 to 12.30pm and 3.30 to 4.00pm for general telephone advice. To enable us to operate this system patient calls will be strictly limited to these times and GPs will be unable to return calls to patients.

In addition "Urgent" face to face and telephone appointments will be available on the day.

RESULTS LINE: Test results will only be given to patients via our dedicated Results Line (02890694946). Open :12pm to 1pm daily

WART CLINIC: There will be no Wart Clinic operating at the practice until further notice.
