OBTAINING TELEPHONE ADVICE:
Please note that if you need to speak to a GP the times to phone are between 10AM and 12:30PM and 2PM to 3PM.
After 3pm the GP will only accept or return your call if it is urgent and needs dealt with that day.
This is to ensure that GP's have adequate time to deal with each call;
sufficient time for pre-booked surgeries and, where necessary,
additional time to see any patient who may have been identified as needing seen at the surgery as a result of a telephone call.
SWINE FLU: We are now running vaccination clinics for priority groups. Please contact reception for details.
RESULTS LINE:Test results will only be given to patients via our dedicated Results Line (02890694946).
This line will be manned from 12 midday to 1pm daily.
WART CLINIC:
Please check on the day to see if this clinic is running as it can be cancelled at short notice due to other medical priorities.
PRACTICE CLOSURES:
The practice will close for training from 1pm to 6pm on the following dates: 20/01/2010; 18/02/2010.
