New patients to the practice will need to complete a New Patient Registration form and HS200 (for those currently registered with a practice within the UK) or HSCR1 (for EEA and Non-EEA not currently registered in NI and UK)
North Parade is currently not accepting new shared care for private patients. This includes both online/remote UK clinics and clinics based in Northern Ireland.
